Measures the sound around you in decibels and keeps a record together with the time and the place.
Footsteps from the flat above, noise from next door, roadworks. It turns "it's too loud" into numbers you can show to a landlord or a local authority.
When you record, the app also builds a single evidence image: the scene, the date and time, the place, the peak level and the graph, all in one picture you can show as it is.
The readings are an estimate. Phone microphones differ in sensitivity between models and usually apply noise suppression, so this is not a replacement for a certified sound level meter.
Comparing readings taken with the same phone is still meaningful. "This room is normally 35 dB but reaches 75 dB at this hour" is the comparison that helps most. You can shift the reading in Settings to match a sound level meter you own.
Audio, video and location data stay on your device. They are never sent to the developer or to any third party.
The subscription renews automatically. It renews at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can cancel any time from your store account. The price is shown on the purchase screen in the app.
The app is being prepared for release on the stores.
