Robonet Communications Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") provides the smartphone application "100-Square Calculation" ("the App", which covers the four operations: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the App, in compliance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws.
The App is a learning app intended for a wide range of ages, including elementary-school-age children. Its design and advertising configuration assume that users, including children under 13, may use the App.
The App has no account/login system and does not collect your name, email address, or password. We collect:
The App has an optional ranking feature that lets you compare your completion time with other users nationwide. If you choose to submit a score, we send:
This information is stored in a database (Supabase) and used to display the ranking and to review fraudulent submissions after the fact. Submitting a score is optional; all calculation features work without it.
The App uses Google AdMob to show banner ads. Because the App is intended for children as described in Section 2, we enable AdMob's Child-Directed Treatment setting, so personalized (interest-based) ads are not served. Even so, technical information such as advertising identifiers and device information may still be processed by Google for ad delivery and measurement. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
The ad-removal feature is offered as a one-time (non-subscription) purchase through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google), and purchase state is managed using RevenueCat. Payment details such as credit card numbers are handled directly by Apple/Google and are not held by us or RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives an anonymous user identifier and purchase state only to the extent necessary to manage the purchase.
Infrastructure logs (e.g., crash information, connection logs) may be temporarily recorded by our hosting providers (Render.com, Supabase) as needed to operate the service.

Google AdMob uses information not only on our behalf but also for its own purposes (ad delivery, fraud prevention, service improvement). As described in Section 3.2, personalized advertising based on this information is not expected under our child-directed configuration.
The providers listed above are located outside Japan (primarily the United States). We confirm that each provider maintains an appropriate data protection framework before sharing information with them:
We do not sell personal information for monetary or other consideration, and we do not share collected information with third parties except with your consent, as required by law, or in connection with a business transfer.
We take appropriate security measures for the information we handle, including encrypting communications (HTTPS/TLS).
The App does not ask for a name, address, phone number, or other information that could identify a specific individual, including through the ranking feature. We encourage parents and guardians to advise children not to enter a real name or other identifying information as their nickname. To request deletion of a ranking entry, please contact us at the address in Section 8 with the nickname and approximate submission date.
Comments, complaints, or deletion requests regarding our handling of information are accepted at dev@robonet-c.jp.
We may revise this Policy as necessary. The revised Policy takes effect upon posting on this page. We will notify you within the App of material changes.
